This shop is AMAZING and the owner/artist Katie is WONDERFUL! I went in looking for specific tie dye shirts for my nieces and nephews and Katie helped me look then offered to custom dye the perfect designs and sizes for the kiddos. Even during the holiday season! THEN she shipped them to my family for me! Her skills in making tie dye is unmatched, everything in the store is beautiful and skillfully made, and Katie is a joy. I love popping into this store, for stuff for myself and especially for gift giving. I highly recommend The Peace Place, you must stop in.

This is the coolest, most colorful place in Denver. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I go here. The level of artistry achieved here is beyond compare. Anything and everything has been tie dyed in the most beautiful color combinations. Many of the items are repurposed thrift store pieces given a new life via the colorful dyeing process. The owner is so talented. She has pushed the art of tie dyeing to a new level. I take every guest that visits us to this shop. Everyone oohs and ahhs and then tries to decide which magnificent item to buy. This place is a true Denver treasure.

Katie is Outstanding! I visited Katie's wonderful shop, hoping she could dye a dress for me. She took the time to research the process and followed up with a thorough, detailed explanation. Katie carefully outlined each step required for dyeing the specific fabric and was refreshingly honest, letting me know that the process would almost certainly damage my dress. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and transparency she brought to helping me make an informed decision. Without question, she’s earned my trust—and my future business!

Katie FAR SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS! Her creative ability with colors and techniques is unmatched. I placed an order for a tee with mountains, river, sun, etc., and it came out SO BEAUTIFUL! She gave it a blue for river/lake, green/purple for mountains and even a sunset in pink/orange. It's even better than I could have hoped for. GOOD JOB Katie!! It looks spectacular... I'm very happy with it :)

Amazing shirt. I've worn in probably 30 times and through some pretty touch conditions. It fits identically to the day I bought it and has shown no signs of wear. If you are in the market for a high quality tie dye, look nowhere else.

I grew up in the 60’s, a flower child/hippie for sure. I’ve seen lots of tie dye in my life and the ☮️ Store has maybe the most beautiful and well done tie dye wearable art I have seen. Great work, Fun shopping!!

Great wedding fits! The owner very kindly saved some shirts for me when I called an hour from closing saying I needed some heart tie dye shirts for my elopement the next day! High quality, and 10/10 would reccomend.

Katie is great! I visit my son who lives near her store. The products and her talent are amazing! I placed a custom order with her for a T-shirt with the flag of my home state, Minnesota. It took a while for her to get to it (so be latient!) but it is just beautiful and was very reasonable for a custom piece. I will certainly continue to visit Katie when in Denver!! (This picture does not do justice to the vibrant colors!)
